TMK President Tricie Kohut has over 30 years of community association management knowledge and experience and focuses on supplying a small, boutique style of Association Management.  Our personal approach to our communities and consulting clients results in a high level of attention and customer service.  We’re also participating members of the CAI NJ Chapter & CAI PA & Delaware Chapter, IREM as well as the National Notary Association, verifying a high level of professionalism for a small business.  Further, TMK is an Accredited Business through the Better Business Bureau and the US Association of Accredited Business.  Our professional designations are held through CAI and prove our dedication to continued education in the industry.
