“I have known Tricie for the approximately three years she has served as the Property Manager . I have been on that Board for over two years, and it is in that capacity that I am recommending her.
Tricie has proven herself to be highly knowledgeable in managing the Association for the Condo Board. Her experience has resulted in very significant savings for the Association. Unlike our previous manager, Tricie knew we were entitled to reimbursement from Ewing Township for our trash removal costs, pursued the matter, and got reimbursement dating back to the the opening of the Madison. This alone has returned over $55,000 to date to the Association. Her knowledge of service vendors resulted in identifying companies which outperformed vendors previously in place and at a lower cost. For example, we saved significantly on landscaping and snow removal costs by going with a smaller, local company Tricie had experience with, and have been very satisfied. Another example is the savings we will achieve by switching vendors to service our twelve elevators, savings of over $20,000 over the term of the contract. Under her management, the Association fees have remained stable, even given the snowy winters and the challenges of Association dues collection in this economy. This knowledge and experience clearly separates highly effective managers from the others.
However, it is Tricie’s responsiveness, both to the Board and to the homeowners, that is perhaps her greatest asset. She responds to phone calls and emails, within 24 hours, and usually within the hour during normal business hours.
